Rob Moore – Managing Director
Rob co-founded Macmor in 2000. As an A grade electrician, with over 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry, Rob specialises in healthcare, education, commercial projects and maintenance. He is dedicated to building work relationships through quality workmanship and client satisfaction. This approach has ensured steady growth for the company and a loyal client base.
As Managing Director, Rob focuses his time on corporate management, client relations and people development. With a hands-on approach, Rob is often seen on job sites and liaising with clients.
Ross MacArthur – Managing Director
Ross as co-founder started in the industry as an apprentice in 1987, honing his skills, working with some of Melbourne’s leading companies. He travelled abroad and managed an electrical division of an Exhibition Company in London gaining strong project management skills. Upon his return to Australia, he joined forces with Rob to conceive Macmor. With an eye for detail Ross delivers projects with precision, drive, passion and to our client’s complete satisfaction.
In the industry, and in his role as Managing Director, Ross has developed strong relationships with leading building contractors, clients and consultants.
Ben Waters – Construction Manager
In addition to Ben having a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, he is also a qualified A grade electrician, completing his apprenticeship with Macmor some 12 years ago. Combining his business acumen with a practical knowledge of the electrical field, Ben is a talented Construction Manager. He has a proactive and engaging approach to construction management, working in with key stakeholders – clients, builders, architects, consultants, suppliers – to deliver results. Ben maintains an active involvement in all aspects of your project, from pricing right through to practical completion.
Ben Day – Account Manager
Ben began his time at Macmor over 14 years ago as an apprentice. During this time, he has gained valuable experience in the commercial, healthcare and education sectors complemented by completing further NECA OH&S Management & Estimating Courses. His professional, knowledgeable and reliable approach has seen him step up into an Account Manager position to service the needs of our growing client base. He is currently undertaking a NECA Project Management course.
Steff Longmuir – Audio-Visual Manager
Steven (Steff) has extensive experience in the AV industry with 12 years in Melbourne. Prior to this, Steven was involved with AV implementations in the UK. His broad skill set includes installation and service, project management, commissioning and custom programming. Since joining Macmor 5 years ago, Steven has been busy building a core client base. His hands-on project manager and AV knowledge has allowed his to facilitate AV rollouts with the help of highly qualified electricians. This unique blend of electrical and AV expertise ensures that all AV projects are completed to the highest standard by qualified trained staff.
